Uisce Éireann awards €58m recruitment and managed service framework to Hays

Uisce Éireann has awarded a framework worth up to €58,000,000 for recruitment services and managed service provision for contingent workers. Hays Specialist Recruitment (Ireland) Limited is the appointed supplier, with CPL Solutions Limited named as reserve. The contract was concluded on 26 May 2026 after six tenders were received.
Uisce Éireann has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of recruitment services and managed service provision for contingent workers, with a maximum value of €58,000,000 excluding VAT.
Hays Specialist Recruitment (Ireland) Limited was selected as the framework supplier. CPL Solutions Limited was named as reserve supplier, and may replace the framework supplier in accordance with the framework agreement. The contract was concluded on 26 May 2026.
The competition attracted six tenders. Uisce Éireann ran the procurement as a negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition, establishing a single supplier framework with a maximum of one reserve supplier. The framework operates with reopening of competition.
