H M REVENUE & CUSTOMS has appointed Coforge UK Limited to manage and develop its low-code technology infrastructure under a £219m contract published on 14 August 2026.
The work spans design, development, testing, deployment, operation and continuous improvement of low-code products and services across HMRC's estate. Coforge will provide specialist low-code build, configuration, DevOps and live service management services to support the department's ongoing digital capability.
The contract runs for an initial three years with two optional 12-month extensions, allowing HMRC to extend the relationship if performance warrants it. The award notice is available on Contracts Finder.
