Bidders must respond by 11 September 2026.
The Scottish Government is advertising a single-provider contract to manage the application, administration and aftercare of its shared equity home ownership schemes across Scotland.
The work spans three main areas: administration of the Open Market Shared Equity Scheme and First Homes Fund, including affordability assessments and funding disbursement; aftercare transactions such as property sales, remortgages and title changes for current and legacy scheme participants; and customer-facing services via telephone, email, website and online channels. The provider must also maintain case management and document systems, manage financial administration, and handle the transition from the current supplier.
The Scottish Government estimates the contract value at £40m, though it notes that spend is demand-led and no minimum expenditure is guaranteed. The tender document points to published aftercare procedures including guidance on selling shared equity properties and changing lenders.
Bidders must submit responses by 11 September 2026. The contact for questions is Colin.Anderson@gov.scot or +44 1312445182.
