National Highways has awarded a £35.9m contract to Capgemini to enhance and integrate its service management capabilities across IT and operational technology. The partnership will expand existing services to a comprehensive end-to-end offering and build internal capability for more advanced service management, strengthening delivery to customers.
National Highways Limited has appointed Capgemini as its Service Management Maturity partner in a deal worth £35.9m. The contract aims to enhance, integrate and develop core service management capabilities across both IT and OT functions within the organisation.
The partnership will strengthen existing services and expand them into a comprehensive end-to-end service management capability. National Highways expects the arrangement to support improved service delivery to customers whilst building internal capability for a more advanced and sustainable service management offering.
The contract was awarded on 7 May 2026, following a competitive procurement process.
