The Ministry of Defence has awarded Mind Foundry a £19.9m enterprise-wide agreement for the supply of artificial intelligence, software and data products and associated technical services across the department. The contract operates as a headroom agreement, allowing multiple call-offs against the ceiling.
Cyber & Specialist Operations Command (CSOC) has awarded Mind Foundry a £19.9m headroom agreement for the provision of artificial intelligence, software and data products and associated technical services. The deal spans the entire Ministry of Defence, making it available for call-off by defence teams across the department.
A headroom agreement sets a spending ceiling but does not commit the full value upfront. Instead, individual teams within the MoD can draw down services as needed up to the limit, meaning the actual spend may be lower than the headline figure.
The award notice was published on 30 July 2026. Mind Foundry becomes the sole supplier under this agreement for AI and software provision across defence operations.
