The work covers platform architecture development, HR process taxonomy completion and shared services operating model refinement, with assurance outputs to be incorporated.
CSOC has named KPMG LLP as delivery partner for the second phase of a major enterprise architecture programme, committing £8.1m to the contract.
The scope covers the continuation and technical evolution of an existing integrated enterprise architecture and design baseline. KPMG will refine and update technical architecture and design artefacts, develop platform architecture, complete the HR process taxonomy, iterate the shared services operating model and incorporate assurance outputs including testing findings.
