KPMG LLP has secured a contract worth £8.1m from Cyber & Specialist Operations Command (CSOC), the defence unit responsible for the Ministry of Defence's strategic cyber and specialist operations capability.
The requirement centres on continuation and technical evolution of an existing integrated enterprise architecture and design baseline. KPMG will refine and update technical architecture and design artefacts, develop platform architecture, complete HR process taxonomy and iterate the shared services operating model. The contract also requires incorporation of assurance outputs, including testing findings, into the baseline.
The work builds on earlier phases of a wider enterprise architecture programme at CSOC. Suppliers interested in future related opportunities under the same framework or programme should monitor find-tender.service.gov.uk for subsequent call-offs.
