Home Office has awarded Deloitte LLP a £131.65m contract to provide digital delivery, development and live service support for the Apply for Things product family. The contract establishes access to a pool of skilled resources for technical delivery teams and incident management. Services cover public-facing products and internal caseworking operations across the product ecosystem.
Home Office has handed Deloitte LLP a £131.65m contract to supply flexible digital resource capacity, development services and live support for its Apply for Things product family.
The contract establishes a framework under which Deloitte will provide a pool of skilled resources available at short notice to meet evolving departmental priorities and operational demand. Services span technical delivery for new functionality and continuous improvement, alongside live service support for incident management and production environments.
The work covers both public-facing services and systems used in internal caseworking operations. Deloitte will collaborate with Home Office on service and architectural improvement, rapid design and deployment cycles, and relevant transition activity while maintaining service continuity and compliance.
Individual work packages will set out detailed scope, deliverables, milestones and service levels in statements of work agreed under the contract. The award was published on 16 June 2026, with a deadline for submissions of 8 September 2025.
