The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs has handed i10 Limited a £150,000,000 contract to develop, maintain and support applications across the department. The contract is one of three awards from a single procurement opportunity, with each supplier receiving an identical contract value.

ADMS Plus is a framework structure that splits work across three separate suppliers rather than concentrating it with one vendor. This approach gives Defra flexibility to draw on multiple teams for different elements of its software estate and to manage supplier dependency.

The contract was awarded on 20 May 2026, with the tender deadline having closed on 12 February 2026. The notice was published on 23 June 2026. Suppliers interested in similar work through Defra should monitor Contracts Finder for future call-offs or related procurement activity under this framework.
