UK Research and Innovation has appointed CPC Project Services to lead the strategic delivery of a long-term estate transformation programme across UKRI-STFC's science facilities. The eight-year partnership, valued at a maximum of £16m ex VAT, will handle new building development, address backlog maintenance, replace end-of-life estate and decarbonise the science estate in line with the UK's long-term infrastructure needs.
UKRI-STFC is conducting two separate procurements for this transformation programme: one for the Programme Management Partner and another for a Construction Partner. Both are required to work collaboratively with STFC Estate leaders and wider stakeholders. This notice covers the appointment of the Programme Management Partner only.
The buyer notes that the £16m maximum spend is not fully guaranteed, reflecting the variable nature of the long-term programme scope.
