The contract covers airline tickets, accommodation, car hire, management reporting and the provision of an online and mobile booking system. The winning travel partner must liaise with carriers and service providers to secure discounts and ensure compliance with ESB's corporate travel policy, supported by electronic invoicing.
The framework is valued at €26.5m. Suppliers appointed under the agreement will handle all travel and accommodation requests for ESB staff, with the online booking tool forming a central element of service delivery.
