The UK Health Security Agency has awarded Foundever GB a £143.6m contract to establish a strategic contact centre operation handling both routine services and emergency response.

The contract covers management of business-as-usual helplines and capacity to respond to public health emergencies, health incidents and cross-government surge responses, whether currently ongoing or arising in future. UKHSA used RM6295 Outsourced Services lot 1 (Citizen Experience) to place the work.

Foundever GB will operate the contact centre capability under a framework agreement, a procurement mechanism that pre-qualifies suppliers and allows public bodies to call off services as needed. The award was published on 24 June 2026.
