NHS Supply Chain Coordination Limited has awarded a framework agreement for finance solutions to CHG-MERIDIAN UK Limited, with an estimated total value of £200,000,000 excluding VAT.
The scope covers residual value leasing, non-residual value leasing, loans, sale and leaseback arrangements, and associated financing services for medical and non-medical assets for NHS Trusts. A framework agreement allows NHS Supply Chain customers and other eligible entities to call off financing services under agreed terms, rather than running separate procurements for each transaction.
Services will be delivered through call-off contracts awarded by NHS Supply Chain customers and other eligible entities across the United Kingdom. Suppliers appointed to the framework will provide financing arrangements in accordance with framework terms and customer requirements, enabling compliant, flexible and value-for-money funding solutions.
The framework was awarded on 15 July 2026 and published on 5 August 2026.
