National Maritime Museum has awarded a £8.5m contract to Vertex Services Group for planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and public health building services across the Royal Museums Greenwich estate. The contract covers HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire systems, water systems, lifts and specialist engineering systems, together with compliance management and emergency response to protect heritage assets.
National Maritime Museum has appointed Vertex Services Group Limited to a £8.5m term contract covering maintenance and engineering services across the Royal Museums Greenwich estate.
The contract spans planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, statutory inspection, testing, compliance management and emergency response. Services encompass mechanical, electrical and public health building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, controls, fire systems, water systems and lifts, together with specialist engineering infrastructure.
Vertex Services Group will provide engineering support to ensure statutory compliance, business continuity and protection of the nationally significant heritage assets housed across the museum sites.
