The framework covers eight lots including valuation services, commercial and agricultural agency, lease management, property management, strategic asset consultancy, compulsory purchase, workplace management and planning consultancy.
Leicestershire County Council, trading as ESPO, has appointed Align Property Partners Limited to deliver a £50m national framework spanning eight lots of estate management professional services.
The framework addresses the full lifecycle of land and property management: from acquisition and valuation through to disposal and development. Valuations are split into fixed asset, rating and general services. Commercial and agricultural agency form separate lots, alongside dedicated services for lease management, property and estate management, strategic asset consultancy, compulsory purchase and compensation, workplace management, and planning advice.
Frameworks operate as pre-qualified supplier appointments, allowing participating public bodies to call off services against pre-agreed terms without re-tendering each time. Eligible organisations can access the full breadth of services or select specific lots that match their needs.
