The Land Development Agency is establishing a multi-supplier Integrated Maintenance Services Framework valued at €30m to support maintenance and statutory compliance of its residential property portfolio. The framework covers three geographic lots: Dublin and Leinster, Cork and Munster, and Galway and Connacht. Applicants may bid for one, some or all lots.
The Land Development Agency has launched a competitive tender for a multi-supplier framework to manage maintenance across its residential property portfolio, with an estimated value of €30m.
The framework will deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, emergency works, mechanical and electrical services, minor building works and statutory compliance activities across three geographic lots covering Dublin and Leinster, Cork and Munster, and Galway and Connacht. Suppliers may apply for one, some or all lots. The service will support both existing assets and new developments entering the LDA portfolio during the framework term.
A framework agreement allows the buyer to call off work from appointed suppliers as needed, rather than tendering each job separately. This approach lets the LDA manage its property portfolio flexibly while giving suppliers visibility of the market opportunity.
Shortlisted applicants will receive full service specifications in the request for tender documentation. The framework will cover both occupied residential developments and common areas.
