The Health Service Executive (HSE) has launched a regional framework agreement for quantity surveying services to support major capital works projects in Dublin and South East.
The framework covers projects valued between €50m and €400m excluding VAT within the HSE Dublin and South-East health region. Two sites are excluded: St Vincent's University Hospital and St Michael's Hospital. The framework is designed to procure design team services for the HSE's biggest building programmes across South-East Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and most areas of Wicklow.
As a multi-party framework agreement, multiple suppliers will be appointed to the contract, allowing the HSE to call off services from participating firms as individual projects proceed. Quantity surveyors on the framework will manage costs and budgets across these major capital schemes.
