The Health Service Executive has established a multi-party framework agreement for architectural and design team services across its Dublin and South East region. The framework covers major capital works with individual project values ranging from €50m to €400m excluding VAT.
Assigned certifier services form the core of the arrangement, covering design support for health infrastructure projects across a seven-county footprint. The framework applies to South-East Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and most areas of Wicklow, but excludes St Vincent's University Hospital and St Michael's Hospital.
As a multi-party framework, multiple suppliers can be appointed to deliver services under the agreement. Firms already appointed to the framework can bid for individual call-offs as projects are commissioned, while the HSE can run competitive tenders among framework members for each assignment.
