The Home Office has signed a £13,454,669 deal with MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS UK LIMITED to supply control room software as emergency services prepare to switch onto a new communications network.

The contract covers Integrated Communications Control Systems (ICCS) and non-ICCS software for 3ES Organisations and the Home Office itself, under the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme ('ESMCP'). The notice states the deal is for "the provision of software development and supporting services."

The award, reference 19469, runs to one lot and was made on 17 June 2026, with the notice published on 22 June 2026.

For suppliers tracking the ESMCP rollout, this notice confirms which vendor has secured this piece of the control room software work and the value attached to it. Firms in the emergency services communications supply chain, and those bidding into adjacent ESMCP packages, will want to note the contract's scope and value as a marker for future related procurements.
