Government Commercial Agency has awarded a £100m framework agreement for executive and non-executive recruitment to Adecco UK. The RM6394 framework, which replaces RM6290 Executive Search, offers core services including candidate identification and assessment, plus non-core modules for talent development, coaching and psychometric analysis.
Government Commercial Agency has awarded Adecco UK a £100m framework to handle executive and non-executive recruitment across the public sector. The deal, published on 22 July 2026, replaces the previous RM6290 Executive Search arrangement and covers the identification and hiring of senior leaders, C-Suite candidates and Non-Executive Directors through specialist search services.
The framework divides its offering into core and non-core modules. Core services span buyer planning, candidate identification and attraction, assessment and evaluation, and offer and appointment. Non-core modules include strategy and planning, talent development, talent mapping, reserve lists and talent pools, executive coaching, technology services and international recruitment. Two new non-core services are also available: psychometric analysis and market mapping.
Buyers across government can now call off from the framework via the appointed supplier. The agreement covers three lots and allows public bodies to access executive search capacity without running individual tenders.
