The European Commission's Directorate-General for Communication has opened a tender for survey services worth €82.5m, aiming to deepen institutional understanding of public opinion across the European Union.

The contract calls for Standard and Special Eurobarometer surveys, which poll the general public to track attitudes and perceptions. The research will serve not only the Commission but also other EU institutions and agencies seeking data-driven insight into citizen sentiment.

The procurement covers Belgium, Finland, Romania, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Luxembourg, Slovakia, France, Greece and Austria. Bidders must submit proposals by 30 June 2026 via the TED procurement portal.
