Clúid Housing Association is hunting for developers with planning permission already in hand to build new homes across County Kerry under a €60m development agreement.

The Irish housing association is accepting tenders from contractors with suitable sites offering full planning approval for residential schemes. The deal structure includes stage payments, meaning cash flows with construction milestones rather than as a single upfront sum.

The procurement covers multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses. Clúid has published minimum requirements and further details in the contract documents.

Developers and works contractors meeting the qualification criteria can respond until 13 September 2026. The development agreement model allows Clúid to manage construction risk and cash flow across what may be multiple phases of build-out.
